š„ Pepper-crusted (beef) fillet:
Brush the fillet with olive oil and roll it in black peppercorns to coat (for an extra kick, soak the peppercorns in bourbon overnight, drain off the excess bourbon, and dry them on a skillet/pan before coating the fillet).
Braai over medium heat/coals for 20-25 minutes for a medium-rare steak.
Rest
Serve this delectable dish with garlic bread and a refreshing salad.
